Hang squat clean + Pause below the knee clean + Squat clean from the floor + Jerk
Drop after every clean, you will pause below the knee on your way up from the floor for the second clean.

Every minute on the minute, perform 5 strict burpees
If you score less than 8 rounds, you will do 6 strict burpees EMOM and then AMRAP pull-ups in remaining minute until the 10th minute. Pull-ups will be scaled to jumping pull-ups, but make them the hardest they have ever been.
