Barbell “Strength/Skill”
How much weight can you do for 10 unbroken reps of a power clean and jerk?

The goal with this today is to practice and improve upon our barbell cycling. These will be power cleans into push jerks. The only place you may rest during this is overhead.  Your max load will be recorded.

Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 6 minutes:
6 bar facing burpees
6 overhead squats (135/93)

Rest 6 minutes, repeat
