Bill, a.k.a. Will’s father, will turn 70 this August. Following your current path, what shape will you be in when you reach 70? Will you be able to do a pull-up? Will you be able to get off the couch with no problem? Will you still be able to do the activities you love?

Gymnastics/Midline
5 rounds for quality:
5 Good mornings (115/83)
10 Ring dips
15 GHD sit-ups

If any of these movements are easy for you, add weight or volume to up the ante. This is NOT for time, you have 20 minutes to finish the task. Band assisted dips in the J-cups are not only permitted, they are encouraged. The good mornings should hurt, the weight you use on that is really going to be up to you.
