    Reasons Why Today Was Awesome at CrossFit eXalted:

    1. I got a new Split Jerk PR @ 133# (and I got to use the jerk blocks!!!)

    2. I did 7 rounds of the C&J/Burpee ladder (which is a twisted, but still awesome, combination) @ 93#

    3. I had a Kill Cliff with my name on it waiting for me!! (returned to its rightful owner) 😉

    Soooo much fun!!
