EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 6 overhead squats, you choose the load.
Every even minute, work on holding an L-sit for as long as possible for 30 seconds.

The weight on the overhead squats is irrelevant.  Pick a weight you can reach full ROM (Range of Motion) with.  The goal here is squat improvement.  If you can overhead squat without issue, feel free to go as heavy as you would like.  Take these nice and slow, work on full depth!

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
10 Wall-balls (20/14)
10 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 Cleans (155/108)
