Jake is back!

EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, practice holding an L-sit for 30 seconds.
Every even minute, perform one squat clean + 3 split jerks.

Score on this is heaviest load achieved on the complex. Warm-up accordingly, but you may stay at the same weight or go up in weight during the EMOM, your choice. Treat this more like practice rather than a max effort. However, the more practice you get under somewhat heavy loads, the better.

100 Thrusters (75/53)
For time:
100 Push-ups
For time:
100 Kettlebell swings (53/35)

Rest 3 minutes between each workout. You have a total of 25 minutes to get through all three workouts.  If you have 25 swings or less left, you may finish.  Use a whiteboard to keep track of your time and rest. If you aren’t good at push-ups, it’s not a bad idea to scale the reps down so you don’t get capped. Keep the push-ups as strict as possible. Think the kettlebell is light? Go unbroken.
