Find your 3 rep max in the following complex from the rack:

3 push presses + 1 jerk

All movements will be executed with a two second pause in the bottom of your dip.

Workout of the Day
For time:
100 push-ups
50 chest-to-bar pull-ups
25 thrusters (135/93)
The “eX Loop”

Remember for the push-ups and pull-ups, if you can do perfect ROM reps but aren’t ready for that level of volume, cut the repetitions down.    The thrusters will be capped at the 15 minute mark and you have to leave for your run.  It will be denoted on the board how many thrusters you completed if you did not get them done in the time allowed.  Run hard to the finish!
