Brent working through Tuesday’s 100 kettlebell swings.

Don’t forget, there are NO evening classes tonight.  The 4, 5, and 6 o’clock classes are cancelled.  Also, the kids room is being painted as well which means it will be closed for the day.  Saturday’s 9:30 class will go on as normally scheduled.  Thanks!  Have a great weekend guys, see you Monday.

EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 20-25 anchored sit-ups AFAP.
Every even minute, perform 5 split jerks for practice, you pick the load.

3 rounds:
In 5 minutes, run 400 meters then perform AMRAP in remaining time of:
3 Muscle-ups
6 Box jump overs (24/20)
9 Thrusters (75/53)

Rest 2 minutes between rounds
