40 Abmat sit-ups
20 Back extensions on GHD
15 Band pull aparts

This work is to be done in a “superset.” This means you move right from one exercise to another with no rest, except in between rounds. Rest as needed in between rounds. Start on whichever exercise you like, but stay in order. Don’t make the pull aparts easy!  This is injury prevention work, so take this seriously and don’t skip out on any of it.
