Inspired by Competitor’s WOD, for time:
20 Deadlifts (115/83)
20 Power cleans
20 Shoulder to overhead
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats
10 Muscle-ups (scale to 20 ring dips)
Every minute on the minute, perform 5 burpees. The workout starts with the deadlifts, meaning you don’t have to do burpees on the first minute. However, much like Kalsu, you can take a minute off, but you must do the burpees EMOM. This WOD is capped at 25 minutes.
