EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform AMRAP deficit handstand push-ups. You pick the deficit.
Every even minute, perform 10 box jumps (24/20) as fast as possible.
If you cannot do handstand push-ups, you will load a barbell up and perform partial ROM shoulder presses. You will jerk the bar overhead and then perform strict shoulder presses coming down and stopping even with the top of your head before pressing the bar back up (simulating HSPU depth).
