Michaela has come a long way in the 3 years she has been a member at eXalted. Here she is performing a dumbbell snatch during a Saturday workout.  Look at this picture and ask yourself: Does lifting weights really make women. . .”bulky”?  No, it doesn’t and that misconception needs to stop!

We have programmed a Hero WOD today because we have decided to not have class on Saturday.  Will needs all the help he can get setting up for Cars for the Cure and Coach Brittani will be in West Palm Beach competing with Hannah at the Cult Classic.  NO CLASS ON SATURDAY!!
