Warmup
Mobility/foam roll/recovery for 15 minutes.

Workout of The Day
For time:
100 pull-ups

Every time you break a set of pull-ups, you must do 5 burpee box jumps and 10 double-unders.

If you are not proficient at pull-ups, workout will be scaled by lessening the amount of pull-ups you must do.

If you cannot do pull-ups, you will do 5 rounds for time:
5 Burpee box jumps
15 Jumping pull-ups
20 Double-unders

Protect your hands, you will need them for Saturday.
