    I missed this today but will definitely make up for it over the next couple of days. I’ve been wanted to do a 1 RM snatch

    took the kids to gymnastics so I took the wieght vest and did a mini modified murph in the other CF’s parking lot

    800m run, no vest
    50 air squats, 50 pu’s, 800m in the 20 lb vest
    25 air squats, 25 pu’s in the vest
    800m run, no vest

    no clock, it was fun!!
