Schedule & Classes

It’s hard to tell from the calendar format above, but the gym’s doors are open pretty much all day.  On almost all days we have a 5 a.m. class, there is a coach at the gym from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Some days are exceptions depending on errands, doctor’s appointments, etc. . .So the times that are in between classes, like from 10:30 to 12 and from 1:00 to 4:00 there is an open gym.  This works great for people with availability issues and people who are looking to put some extra work in.  Also, Coach Big D runs an Olympic Lifting class every day during the week except Tuesdays from 4 to 6 p.m.  If you have any questions about this, feel free to E-mail me

CrossFit Classes

*Classes typically range 45-60 min each and include warm-up, skill training, progressions & workout.
