Free Intro Session

Here at CrossFit eXalted we always allow those interested in CrossFit to try us out absolutely FREE. We call this an “intro session”. We offer intro sessions on the following days & times:

  • Monday – 12pm
  • Tuesday – 12pm
  • Tuesday – 4pm
  • Wednesday – 12pm
  • Thursday – 12pm
  • Thursday – 5pm
  • Friday – 12pm
  • These intro sessions are designed for everyone at any fitness level. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to experience our workouts, meet our coaches, see our facility, and discuss with us any questions or concerns you may have.

    We DO NOT allow drop-in intro sessions.

    You MUST schedule your introductory workout in advance.
